Terms of Service — NeetVictory
DRAFT — not legal advice. Fill every [BRACKET] and have a lawyer read it once before publishing. Last updated: [DATE]
These terms are between you and [YOUR LEGAL NAME / COMPANY NAME] ("we", "us"), the publisher of NeetVictory ("the app"). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf.
1. What the app is
NeetVictory is a study aid for NEET: practice questions, mock tests, previous-year papers, explanations and progress tracking. It is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the National Testing Agency, the National Medical Commission or any coaching institute. NEET is a trademark of its owner; we use the name only to describe the exam.
2. Content and accuracy
Previous-year papers are reproduced from publicly released exam papers so students can practise. Which papers you can open depends on your plan (section 4). Explanations, topic tags and difficulty ratings are our own work. We check answers carefully, but errors can occur and official answer keys sometimes change or are disputed. Treat the app as practice, not as an official source. We do not guarantee any score, rank or admission outcome.
3. Accounts
Some features need an account verified by your mobile number. Give accurate details, keep your account to yourself, and tell us if you suspect misuse. You are responsible for activity on your account.
4. Pro plans, payment and refunds
What Pro includes. Free features (the diagnostic and its score, mastery map, syllabus and the first 15 practice questions of every chapter) need no payment. Pro adds the rest of the questions in every chapter, the correct answers and explanations for your diagnostic, previous-year papers with solutions and an All-India rank, full-length mocks and the bi-weekly mock.
Plans and prices.
| Plan | Price in the Android app | Price on our website | How long it lasts | Previous-year papers |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly | ₹299 | ₹269 | 30 days from payment | The latest two exam years |
| NEET 2027 Pass | ₹1,499 | ₹1,349 | Until 31 May 2027 | Every paper |
The NEET 2027 Pass can be bought until 15 May 2027. Prices include applicable taxes [CONFIRM: inclusive of 18% GST if we are GST-registered]. We may change prices or plans; a change applies to purchases made after it, never to one you have already paid for.
Where you can pay.
- In the Android app, through Google Play. Google's billing terms and refund policy apply to those purchases. [FILL IN once the Play products exist: say whether the Monthly plan renews automatically and how to cancel in Google Play.]
- On our website, by UPI (and the other methods shown) through Razorpay, our payment provider. We never see your UPI PIN, card or bank details. A website payment is a one-time payment: it does not renew automatically, and you buy again when you want to extend. If you buy again before your access ends, the new period is added to the end of what is left.
When Pro starts. Pro switches on once the payment is confirmed, usually within a few seconds. If you have paid and Pro has not started within [30 minutes], contact us with your payment ID and we will fix it or refund you.
Receipts. Every website payment gets a numbered receipt [or tax invoice, if we are GST-registered]. Download it from Profile → Payments & receipts, or have it emailed to any address you give us. Receipts for Google Play purchases come from Google.
Refunds. [CHOOSE AND CONFIRM WITH YOUR ADVISER, for example: You may ask for a refund of a website payment within 48 hours of paying if you have not sat a previous-year paper or mock with it. Refunds go back to the UPI account or method used, normally within 5–7 working days. After that, payments are non-refundable except where the law requires, or where we fail to give you what you paid for.] Google Play purchases are refunded under Google Play's policy.
Your access. Pro is for one student, on one account, and cannot be shared or transferred. When it ends, your progress, history and rank entries stay; only the Pro features lock again. Free features may be changed or limited at any time.
5. Acceptable use
Do not copy, scrape, resell or redistribute the questions or explanations; share your paid access; reverse-engineer or tamper with the app, including to bypass payment checks; or use it to harass others or break the law. We may suspend or end accounts that do.
6. Our rights in the app
The app, its design, explanations, tags and software are ours or our licensors'. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own exam preparation. Previous-year question text remains the property of its original owner.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the app available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change or discontinue features. If we discontinue paid features you have paid for, we will refund the unused part of the current period.
8. Liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of study time, marks or admission opportunities, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Privacy
How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Ending
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end your access for breaking these terms.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [CITY, STATE] have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer rights you have to bring a claim elsewhere under Indian law.
