Refund and cancellation policy — NeetVictory

This policy applies to Pro plans bought from [YOUR LEGAL NAME / COMPANY NAME] ("we", "us") for NeetVictory. It sits alongside our Terms of Service.

1. What you can buy

Prices and what each plan includes are shown on the plans screen before you pay.

2. Cancelling

• On our website, payments are one-time and never renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. Your Pro access simply ends on its end date.
• In the Android app, purchases are made through Google Play. You can manage or cancel them in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. [FILL IN once the Play products exist: say whether the Monthly plan renews automatically.]

3. Refunds for website payments

[CHOOSE AND CONFIRM WITH YOUR ADVISER, for example: You may ask for a refund of a website payment within 48 hours of paying if you have not sat a previous-year paper or mock with it. After that, payments are non-refundable except where the law requires, or where we fail to give you what you paid for.]

We will also refund you if:

• you were charged twice for the same plan, or
• you paid but Pro did not start within [30 minutes] and we could not fix it.

Refunds go back to the UPI account or payment method you used, normally within [5–7] working days of us approving the refund.

4. Refunds for Google Play purchases

Purchases made in the Android app are refunded under Google Play's policy. Ask Google Play for those refunds; we cannot issue them.

5. How to ask

Email [CONTACT EMAIL] from the registered mobile's account details with:

• the mobile number on your account,
• the receipt number or payment ID (see Profile → Payments & receipts), and
• a line on what went wrong.
